Engineered for the Demands of the Trade
The finished Square-X will be manufactured from injection-moulded POM (Polyoxymethylene), a high-performance engineering thermoplastic selected for its combination of strength, rigidity, impact resistance, wear resistance and dimensional stability. Unlike standard plastics such as ABS, POM offers superior mechanical performance and low friction, making it well suited to a tool designed for repeated use in demanding installation environments.
POM maintains its dimensional accuracy across a broad range of operating temperatures, helping Square-X retain its precise fit and function in both workshop and site conditions. Its excellent resistance to wear, moisture and many common chemicals further contributes to long-term durability. The material also provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, allowing Square-X to remain lightweight without compromising its structural integrity.
Injection moulding will provide consistent dimensions, repeatable tolerances and a high level of manufacturing consistency from one unit to the next. The result is a purpose-built tool that is strong, lightweight, durable and engineered for repeated professional use — built to perform job after job, not simply look good in the toolbox.
